Dr. Judy Gooch is board certified in adult and pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She trained at the University of Michigan where she learned to always demand excellence in her care for patients. Russell Butterfield, MD, PhD received his PhD in mammalian genetics, and medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed his residency training in pediatric neurology at the University of Utah in June 2009.
