Dr. Ronald E. Disimone

Ronald DiSimone, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon and is certified in orthopaedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is the medical director of orthopaedic care at UPMC in North Central Pa. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. DiSimone’s clinical interests include orthopaedic spine, robotic total knee replacement, and direct anterior total hip replacement. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), North American Spine Society, Eastern Orthopaedic Association, Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and Lycoming County Medical Society. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and skiing.
