He is also one of the founding members of the prestigious American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons society, where he has served in numerous leadership roles. Dr. Watson has been involved in the development of several shoulder arthroplasty systems, written and published numerous articles, and presented and lectured at many national and international conferences. He has been named top doctor numerous times by Texas Monthly and the Fort Worth Magazine.
