David founded Family First Medical Group in mid-2019 with the goal of providing expert family care to Chicago’s southwest neighborhoods. He believes the way to live a healthier, more meaningful life starts with the patient, not the doctor. He listens, provides suggestions and recommendations, and ultimately helps find a plan that each patient feels comfortable following. When you meet him, you immediately understand his relentless desire to build a lasting connection … and you can’t miss his warm smile.
Prior to FFMG, the Downers Grove native spent one year at Dean Health System in Madison, Wisconsin, and seven years at MetroSouth Medical Center here in Chicago. He received his undergrad degree from the University of Illinois, then studied at the University of Chicago Priztker School of Medicine and University of Wisconsin – Madison Family Medicine Residency Program.
When he isn’t racking up medical honors (he’s a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society), he’s hanging out with his wife and four kids.
