Clinical, Haemodynamic and Neurohumoral Predictors of Poor Prognosis of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

SUMMARY

Patients with HFpEF who underwent meticulous clinical and instrumental evaluation (including diastolic stress test) between 2013 and 2020, will be followed up for at least 3 years.

Eligibility
Participation Requirements
Sex: All
Minimum Age: 40
Healthy Volunteers: f
View:

• Signed and data informed consent;

• New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II-III heart failure;

• Left ventricular ejection fraction \> 50%;

• Increased LV filling pressures assessed at rest or at peak exercise by echocardiography.
