
Overview
Dr. Page is a native of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He graduated in 1995 from Ecole Secondaire l’Essor – a French Catholic high school in his hometown. He then pursued his pre-medical studies at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada where he majored in physiology and minored in neuroscience. After graduating in 1999, Dr. Page spent a year in Southern Africa based on the missionary hospital ship M/V Anastasis doing health education and outreach in remote communities in Zambia and Zimbabwe. Having caught the travel bug, he then moved to Australia to pursue his medical degree at the University of Sydney where he graduated with honors in 2004.
After medical school, Dr. Page continued his medical training at the University of Missouri – Columbia, serving both his surgical internship from 2005-2006 and residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery from 2006-2010. During residency, he authored many original scientific articles and presented his research at national scientific meetings. He received awards from the American Academy of Otololaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, including the Resident Leadership Award and a Travel Grant that allowed him to travel to Kenya to perform cleft lip / palate surgery. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in and received the MU Most Outstanding Resident Award for Excellence in Medical Education.
After graduating from residency in 2010, Dr. Page was recruited to the MU School of Medicine faculty, where he served as Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. As an academic surgeon, Dr. Page had a busy clinical practice taking care of patients. He also served as the director of medical student education where he had the opportunity to help train hundreds of future doctors – many of whom are practicing across Missouri. In addition, Dr. Page founded and directed the MU Voice, Swallow and Airway Center – an interdisciplinary center that has become a leader in voice, swallow and airway research.
While in Columbia, Dr. Page met his wife Jenna – a St. Louis County native who graduated from Nerinx Hall. With their growing family, the Pages relocated to the St. Louis area in 2016 where they now have an abundance of free babysitters!
Since joining Midwest ENT in 2016, Dr. Page has brought his expertise in voice, swallow and airway disorders, as well as in general otolaryngology, to St. Charles County.
Dr. Page is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. He has been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. He enjoys traveling to unusual places, jumping on the trampoline and making a huge mess in the kitchen.
