In primary care, we treat common illnesses such as ear infections and urinary tract infections, as well as manage chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Most importantly, we provide strategies for disease prevention and management through health screenings and immunization recommendations. What I enjoy most about primary care is getting to know my patients over time and partnering with them in decisions that positively impact their long-term health. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, gardening, outdoor festivals and concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
